High and dry is a good thing

Use Edsyn’s new EA439-C dry tip cleaner instead of a wet sponge. It will leave your tip high and dry by keeping it dry and reducing the thermal shock your tip normally experiences with wet sponges. It will also prolong the tip’s life, clean and tin it all at the same time. See EA439-C.
